Shipping Via UPS and Fed Ex Yes we use UPS and FedEx on all our prints. We will send you tracking tracking numbers via Etsy message after dispatch. We have a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request for a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, please provide us photos / images in a specified manner; mainly areas where the damages incurred with your detailed explanation with your item.
